Purfleet Truck Wash was where this adventure first started. Mark True was a tanker driver in the process of having his truck washed when he got to talking to the owner. It was then and there he decided to take on the business in 2008. Being an ex-trucker himself, this gave him the advantage of understanding both the needs of the driver and the fleet operators. Bringing his wife and children on to the team, Mark and his family have gone from strength to strength ever since. From a rusty old truck wash with a shed for an office, to one of the largest, successful truck washes. Much like our European friends, our state of the art gantry machines are all under house which has never been done on such a large scale in the UK. We take great pride in the fact that we are responsible for maintaining the image of some of the largest haulage companies. Their trucks are the face of the business and our team make it their mission to make a bold statement.
Pre MOT steam cleaning
All Pre-MOT steam cleaning is finished by hand from our fully qualified technician. He is trained on all VOSA requirements. This will take place on our state-of-the-art ramps suitable for all HGV vehicles.
We also offer internal sanitation for all trailers too
Cab valets
Upon request, we now provide superior valets on all HGV vehicles. This will create a safe, clean working environment for your driver changeovers. Our team use high quality products to renovate all plastics, bringing them back to looking brand new. Windows, roof, dash, console and doors wiped down removing any reminiscence of cigarette/vape smoke that leaves an awful lingering film. Leather/fabric seats, floors and mats vacuumed. Our brand new, state of the art upholstery machine will be used to deep clean seats, mats and bed, removing all odours and replaced with a clean fresh smell. The interior will also be steam cleaned on all hard surfaces, removing all stubborn marks, dirt and bacteria.

All account customers sign manually for each livery wash,Therefore a log is kept and the hard copies are sent to the customers with the monthly invoice.
Purfleet Truck Wash in Tilbury Docks
After a successful 11 years with our original truck wash, we decided to expand our business. Our purpose-built truck wash was opened in 2019 in Tilbury Docks which is situated opposite the fuel bunker. Upon arrival, you will be met by our friendly receptionist who will take payment or sign you in if you have an account. We offer a beverage of your choice and an air freshener/ loyalty card as a token of our appreciation. Once all the relevant information has been dealt with you will be met by our fully trained team with years of experience washing a variety of trucks. The gantry machine brushes will be used twice on your vehicle. Once to agitate the dirt and then the second to fully remove stubborn marks. Any hard-to-reach areas will then be brushed by hand. Our team takes the extra time on your vehicles, which we feel keeps us ahead of the competition. We pride ourselves over quality, not quantity.
